Locals, expats, newcomers and English speakers are welcome. You don’t need to know anyone or take part in cold-water swimming. Feeling shy? Message us before coming so we can welcome you.

What level?: Check the distance, elevation, duration, terrain and announced pace. Social walks and hikes can have different requirements. Contact us about any accessibility needs.
What to bring?: Shoes suited to the route, water and clothing for the weather. Equipment and any transport or participation costs are specified for each outing.
