The Yoga & Social Club spirit

Yoga brings us together. The connection grows around it.

The idea is simple: make time to practise together, then leave room for conversation. It’s not just about a yoga session. It’s also about meeting people and sharing a moment with the group.

Yoga & Social Club is the yoga side of our community. It carries the same spirit as The Cold Club’s swims, hikes and other meetups: a shared activity as a starting point for connection.

Meet the wider community

You can come on your own.

Locals, expats and English speakers are welcome. Many people in the community speak English. You don’t need to know anyone: if you’re feeling shy, message us and we’ll take the time to welcome you. Check the announcement or contact us for a session’s teaching language.
